# Privacy Policy

Meyron ("we", "us") is operated by its founder. This policy explains what data we collect when you use meyron.co.

## The short version

We don't have user accounts, we don't ask about your health, and we don't use advertising trackers. We collect your email address only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Our hosting provider and a privacy-friendly analytics tool collect basic technical and usage data.

## What we collect

**1. Newsletter (optional).** If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date and wording of your consent. We use it only to send Meyron updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and we will remove you promptly. If we use an email service provider to send the newsletter, it will process the list for us.

**2. Server logs (automatic).** Our host, Vercel, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, time and the page address requested. Page addresses can include what you typed into the site search (for example, a search for a product name). We use logs for security and operations, not to profile visitors, and they are kept under Vercel's retention policy.

**3. Aggregate analytics (automatic).** We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across days or other sites; Vercel identifies visits with a daily-resetting hash from the request, not with a persistent ID.

## What we don't collect

- No accounts, passwords or profiles
- No questions about your health, conditions or medications
- No advertising IDs, ad networks, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking
- We do not sell or share personal data for advertising

## Who processes data for us

- **Vercel** (hosting and analytics): vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- **Supabase** (database, including the newsletter list): supabase.com/privacy
- An email service provider for newsletter delivery, if and when we start sending

## Legal basis (EU/UK)

For newsletter email, our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For logs and aggregate analytics, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.

## Retention

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics follow the retention set by Vercel.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and opt out of sale; we do not sell personal data. Email **privacy@meyron.co** and we will respond within the time the law requires.

## International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on recognised transfer safeguards.

## Children

Meyron is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

## Changes

We will update the date above if this policy changes, and tell newsletter subscribers about material changes.
