HIV-1 infection is Group 1 with sufficient evidence for Kaposi sarcoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, cervical, anal, lung, liver, oropharyngeal and conjunctival cancers. Antiretroviral therapy lowers but does not eliminate the increased risk.
